People often say "Teamwork makes the dream work", but the real secret of teamwork lies in everyone working together to achieve a common goal.

We didn't get here overnight. Members have had questions and concerns go unanswered from the Board and POA office for years.
But in September of 2025, many neighbors and friends decided that they had had enough. From all over Land Harbor, we have raised our voices to come together in this Recall Effort. 

Our desire to maintain the integrity of our community unites and drives us forward. Our shared objectives motivate us, have prompted open communication, and encourage us to support one another to achieve the desired outcome.

We ask you to join us in what we felt was our best option to effect change. We approach this effort without malice, but with respect for our community. By recalling the officers of the board, we hope to bring back greater transparency, fiscal responsibility, and respect for all members.
