Important Dates

October 24th at 10 am: Informational Meeting (Virtual + In-Person) 

The sole purpose of the Meeting is to consider and discuss the removal of one or more directors
from the Association's Board. The Agenda for the Meeting will be as follows:

I. Welcome and Call to Order -Tommy Oakley

II. Introductions

III. Entertainment of motions to remove directors.

IV. Discussion - the Chair will recognize those wishing to speak, alternating between persons wishing to speak in favor of or against removal.

V. Closing Remarks and Adjournment

No voting will take place during the meeting, which is for discussion purposes only.

October 24th: Voting begins!

Ballots will be sent electronically for those who consented to vote electronically
in the last election, and paper ballots will be mailed to all who did not consent
to vote electronically.

November 24th: Voting deadline at 5:00 pm

November 25th: Election Counting Committee
counts the ballots and verifies the election results.
