What are the thresholds for removal?

Under Article IX, Section 4(c) of the Linville Land Harbor Bylaws:

In order to remove the Director(s), the number of votes cast to remove the Director(s) must be sufficient to elect the Director(s) (equal to or greater than the number of votes received in the last election to elect the Director receiving the fewest votes).

• Jan Blackwelder: 417 votes
• Cathy Kaake: 417 votes
• Patricia O’Brien: 417 votes

When will we get more information about the Recall Election?

At the October Board Meeting held on Friday, October 10 at 9:00 a.m., both the petition and the recall election were listed on the agenda under new business.

M. Appointment of Election Counting Committee for Recall Election –  Jan Blackwelder

2025 Committee: Steve Berkey (Chair), Sis Kinney, Robbie Thomas, Craig Willard, and Chuck Williams 

N. Request to nominate 3e additional members (Robin Cookson, Paul O’Brien, and Kimbrell Frazier) as alternate members

O. Appointment of Susan Siirila, Secretary/Advertising Clerk, as the Board Designee for the 2025 Recall Election

P. Appointment of Linda Westerberg as Interim Secretary for the Recall Election
